We evaluate our benefits offerings every year to ensure we are meeting the needs of our growing workforce. This has led to the introduction of great new benefits in the past, including Paid Parental Leave, Ginger, and CirrusMD.
In 2023, we will be pausing the Tuition Reimbursement program as we reprioritize and look to expand some benefits that impact a larger segment of our workforce.
If you have any qualifying tuition reimbursement requests for 2022, be sure to submit them no later than December 23, 2022.
We are also excited about enhancements coming to Ginger and Hinge Health in the coming months, so please stay tuned for news and updates.
