ESPP Open Enrollment Window: May 1 – May 11!
We are excited to kick off our next enrollment window for the Mister Car Wash, Inc. Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP). This benefit provides you with the opportunity to purchase Mister common stock at a 15% discount, exclusive to employees. Team members who have been with Mister for 6-months or longer (including seniority with a prior company for recent acquisitions) are eligible to participate in this ESPP offering period.
To newly participate in this offering of our ESPP or to change your current elections, you must complete your enrollment by May 11th. If you are actively participating in the current ESPP, and do not want to make changes to your current election, no action is needed, your current enrollment will carry forward into this offering period. This offering period runs from May 16th through November 15th.
Please use the ESPP enrollment period to thoroughly review all the benefits and risks of the ESPP program.
