Open Enrollment Coming Soon

It is that time of year again – Benefits Open Enrollment!

As we head into the enrollment period, here are a few things to know and think about:  

  • What is Open Enrollment? Open enrollment is the one time (usually) during the year when anyone who is eligible for Mister’s health benefits can make changes to their coverage for any reason.
  • When is Open Enrollment? New in 2024, Mister will hold two Open Enrollment windows! The first Open Enrollment opens in Dayforce May 20, 2024, and lasts through June 7, 2024, with elections becoming effective July 1, 2024, through December 31, 2024.  The second Open Enrollment opens in Dayforce November 11, 2024, and lasts through November 29, 2024, with elections becoming effective January 1, 2025, through December 31, 2025. Future Open Enrollments will be on an annual basis.
  • Where can I learn more about open enrollment and Mister’s benefits? Visit the Benefits page through Mister Connect to learn more about the benefits available to you.
  • Will there be changes to my health insurance premiums? As you might expect in this inflationary environment, healthcare costs are going up. Mister has decided to cover much of the increase and is passing along a small increase to employees. We continuously review our benefits and evaluate options for cost savings and enhancements. Mister is proud to offer great healthcare at a better price than much of the market. Please view the adjusted 2024 health insurance premiums in the 2024 Benefits Guide located on the Benefits page through Mister Connect.
  • Are there any changes to current benefits? Effective July 1, 2024, CirrusMD will replace Livongo as your Point Solution for Weight Management, Diabetes Management, Diabetes Prevention and Hypertension Management. Livongo members can retain devices received while enrolled in the program and do not need to return them. Devices will continue to work but will not sync data to Livongo or CirrusMD.
  • What is my responsibility as a benefit-eligible team member?
    • If this is the first time you are enrolling, you must take action to have benefits.
    • If you are already enrolled and would like to maintain your current elections no action is needed, unless you want to begin participating, or continue participating, in the Healthcare Savings Account (HSA).
    • You can help us continue to manage health care costs by:
      • Engaging with Quantum Health, your healthcare navigator, to help reduce unnecessary out-of-pocket costs, verify coverage, and find in-network providers.
      • Complete preventative screenings – early detection can help prevent complications and unnecessary costs.
      • Utilize CirrusMD before visiting Urgent Care or the Emergency Room for non-emergency situations. Many times, they can provide the necessary care for absolutely zero cost to you.
      • Utilize our FREE Point Solution programs (Quantum, CirrusMD, Ginger, Hinge Health) that conveniently target specific health conditions and concerns.
