The Tuition Reimbursement program helps support the growth and development of our employees. Since the launch of the program, Mister has reimbursed over $530,000 to employees for eligible expenses such as tuition, fees, books, and supplies.
To support the continuing growth of this program, we have made some changes to the mechanics of the program that will go into effect January 1, 2022. Please read the Tuition Reimbursement Program Overview carefully to understand how to qualify for reimbursement in 2022.
The popularity of our Tuition Reimbursement has grown significantly since we launched it in 2019, so as we assessed ways to increase the budget for this program, we have made the decision to discontinue our Employee Referral Bonus program and reinvest those dollars into Tuition Reimbursement. We still hope you will want to refer your friends and family to work at Mister because of people-first culture and growth opportunities.
