The Mister Cares Foundation is a 501(c)3 charitable foundation established in 2020 in celebration of our people-first culture and in recognition of the associates who make our company successful. The Mister Cares Foundation strives to make a positive impact in the lives of our team members by providing financial assistance to those who have experienced a financial hardship due to unforeseen circumstances.

- Navigate to Forms.
- Under “02. Personal”, click Mister Cares Foundation Donation and fill out the form as shown below.
- Visit the Mister Cares Foundation website (https://mistercaresfoundation.org/) and open the Grant Overview and Application form.
- Read all information in the form very carefully.
- Complete all fields and attach all required supporting documentation. Be sure to review your information and check that everything is correct before submitting.
Team members who are currently employed by Mister Car Wash can apply for a grant for themselves or a family member provided they meet the following criteria:
- The team member must have completed at least 6 months of consecutive employment with Mister Car Wash.
- The request must be due to a situation that could not have been foreseen.
- The application for a grant must be submitted within 120 days of the hardship that is causing financial distress.
- You can apply for up to $1,500 on a rolling 12-month basis.
- There is a lifetime grant limit of $5,000 per applicant.
The Grant Overview and Application form lists types of expenses the foundation will cover.
Once your application has been submitted, it is routed to the foundation review committee. The committee reviews applications weekly.
