We are excited to kick off our Open Enrollment window for the Mister Car Wash, Inc. Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP). Now through Wednesday, May 8^th, eligible team members can newly enroll or change their current enrollment status.

MCW ESPP plan is a great way to start investing in stock and save for the future. ESPP shares are purchased at a discount based on the lower of the Fair Market Value (FMV) on the first day of the offering period (May 16^th) or the FMV on the purchase date (November 15^th).

ESPP is a great benefit and provides eligible team members:

• Exclusive 15% discount on the purchase of Mister (MCW) stock
• The opportunity to become an employee owner of Mister

Team members who have been with Mister for 6-months or longer (including seniority with a prior company for recent acquisitions) are eligible to participate in this ESPP offering period.

To newly participate in this ESPP offering period or to change your current elections, you must complete your enrollment by 11:59 PM (EST) Wednesday, May 8^th.

If you Withdrew or Suspended in the offering period ending May 15^th and want to reestablish your contribution, you must reenroll and elect a new contribution amount in E*Trade.

If you are currently contributing to the MCW ESPP plan, your current enrollment will carry forward into the new offering period beginning May 16^th, unless you make a change to your contribution percentage.
